We work with trusted third-party platforms to deliver reliable email services while acting as your primary point of contact for setup and ongoing assistance.

Third-Party Platforms

Depending on the service you purchase, your solution may be powered by providers such as:

  • Rediffmail Enterprise
  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft 365
  • Other supported platforms

Features, storage limits, uptime, and platform functionality are determined by the respective provider.

Depending on your selected service, we may provide:

  • Email setup
  • DNS configuration
  • Mailbox creation
  • Email migration
  • Outlook configuration
  • Mobile device setup
  • Email automation setup
  • Workflow optimisation
  • Technical support

Support & Optimisation

Services that include a support or optimisation period cover reasonable assistance related to the purchased service, including:

  • Configuration updates
  • Workflow refinements
  • Content updates
  • Technical troubleshooting
  • General guidance

Support does not include new projects or significant changes outside the original scope.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining ownership of their domain
  • Providing requested access credentials
  • Maintaining valid subscriptions with third-party providers where applicable
  • Using email services responsibly and lawfully

Acceptable Use

Our services must not be used for:

  • Bulk email marketing
  • Spam
  • Phishing
  • Malware distribution
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Illegal content
  • Activities prohibited by the underlying email service provider

Accounts may be suspended if these terms are violated.

Third-Party Availability

While we will assist in resolving technical issues, service availability ultimately depends on the underlying platform provider.

Renewals

Recurring services require timely renewal to avoid interruption. You will be notified minimum 21 days prior to your service renewal due date. Failure to renew may result in suspension or permanent deletion of data by the underlying service provider.
