Payments

Service Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on receiving payment, required information, and any necessary access credentials from the customer.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Maintaining ownership of their domain

• Providing required DNS or platform access

• Responding to requests for information promptly

Delays in providing information may affect project timelines.

Changes & Revisions

Services that include an optimisation or support period allow reasonable changes within the agreed scope. Additional work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Refunds

Fees paid for services already delivered or work already commenced are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
